Our mission is to guide and support entrepreneurs through the legal intricacies of establishing their businesses, protecting and exploiting their brand and intellectual property assets, and ensuring compliance with domestic employment laws as they build their workforce.
At EMRJJ, we provide personalised attention to each of our clients. We take the time to understand their unique situation and develop a legal strategy tailored to their specific needs.
We support entrepreneurs during the inception phase of their businesses, advising them in the selection of the most appropriate business structure and the necessary procedural steps involved in establishing and operating their enterprises.
We ensure that our clients' business brands are adequately protected against illegal use through intellectual property registration and the implementation of other systems. Coupled with this, we show our clients how they may leverage their intellectual property assets to generate additional revenue in the future.
As our clients' workforce expands, we guide them on the necessary employment policies, guidelines, rules, and contracts they must adopt to ensure compliance with the law.
From brands to businesses, we provide legal advice tailored just for you.
The sooner you have a plan of action, the better your chances of taking the correct steps to get the desired results.
Our paramount focus lies in catering to our clients' needs and concerns. Recognising that our clients seek our legal expertise to address their matters, we offer comprehensive legal support with utmost attention, empathy, and understanding. Rather than shying away from challenges, we actively seek solutions and strive to expedite the resolution of our clients' cases.
At our core, we abide by the fundamental principle of treating others as we would like to be treated. We firmly believe that a thriving work environment hinges on colleagues being courteous and respectful to one another, extending the same courtesy to our clients. Toxic behaviors, including bullying, yelling, sabotage, or gossiping, are unwelcome. We are here to work.
We recognise the power of unity in our endeavors. Teamwork and cooperation form the bedrock of our operations, wherein we work together for mutual growth and support. We celebrate collective achievements, sharing triumphs and setbacks and fostering an environment that nurtures collaboration.
We believe that effective communication is instrumental in preventing several issues. Rather than assume our colleagues and clients know or understand what we are thinking or doing, we tell them - in writing. We actively listen and try to understand one others’ perspectives.
Excellence is our trademark. We plan, research, analyse, evaluate, assess, execute, and present our work with distinction. To achieve this, we devote ourselves to continued professional and academic development because we want to know that the advice we give our clients is current, sound, practical, comprehensive, and tailored to their needs. Punctuality is integral to our worth, reflected in our steadfast dedication to meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
